Welcome to Matthews Martial Arts, our goal is to provide practical, safe self-defense and fitness training while promoting confidence, discipline, and respect for ourselves and others. We offer training that incorporates general self-defense, striking, grappling, as well as performance weapons and sport karate/jiu jitsu, with separate classes for every skill level! With curriculums specifically tailored for each of our age groups, you'll find what you need here whether its for yourself or your 3-year old child, or anything in between!

One of the proudest aspects of our program is that we offer a family-friendly option for strong martial arts training. Students of every age can find an appropriate class. Creating a safe and positive training experience for everyone is our goal! Training together, sharing experiences, struggling and overcoming difficult obstacles together builds an incredible bond that very few things in life can.
Family members will have the chance to compete together, cheer each other on through challenges, and celebrate each other’s victories, all while still keeping their own training identity. Best of all, martial arts classes can accommodate everyone, from students simply training for fitness and fun to ultimate competitors. Everyone can play!
